Phase -1
- Choose the option from given designs
- Jot down your requirements or need
- Contact OBL container Solution team
- We can customize one of our standard modelsor put together the custom container home of your dreams if you have a design in mind you would like to bring to the table.
- We will have meeting through skype / Zoom/ Google or one on one if possible
Phase -2
- We will do site visit to make sure there is proper access for trucks and the cranes and also to increase the beauty and utility of container structure it is useful to check the right placement so before finalising drawing we will visit the location.
- After considering your requirement and budget we will provide detail drawings with fixed amount of costing which will later get reduce from final costing
- Also we will give specification list and costing for the selected model or customised plan
- After finalising with the costing and design we both will sign an agreement
- We will start our work at factory
- We will provide schedule as well as progress update frequently
Phase -3
- Meanwhile you need to complete civil work like foundation as per our drawing, water tank , Septic tank, compound wall as per our guidance
- After completion of factory work we will deliver to your place
- You need to arrange crane, hydra, etc locally to install the container structure on proper place.
- We will complete the Onsite work and handover your home/ pool or any other structure .
